He shall hold office for four years with re-appointment and work free of charge. The President is the legal Association\u2019s representative, he shall convene and chair the Board of Directors meetings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Giovanni Fossi \u2013 Vice President<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Vice President replaces the President in case of his absence; his signature is proof of the President\u2019s absence or temporary impediment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>BOARD OF DIRECTORS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the Shareholders\u2019 Assembly and they hold office for four years with re-appointment. It is the body assigned with the definition of association\u2019s operational guidelines to be submitted to the Assembly.
